This bowl or empty pocket is a beautiful example of venetian ceramic art from the mid-20th century, produced by the san polo workshop. It displays a very marked graphic style, typical of italian productions from the mid-20th century. The pieces from this workshop are recognizable by their use of bright colors and their bold geometric patterns. This bowl has a deep blue enamel, decorated with white, black and yellow geometric patterns. The graphic style recalls the influences of abstract art from the 1950s/60s, with angular shapes and intersecting lines that create a dynamic effect. Marked by great artistic freedom and the influence of avant-garde movements, it will enhance a period piece of furniture, chest of drawers, sideboard and will breathe an arty breath into the decor. It is in excellent condition. Height: 2 cm length: 19 cm width: 13.5 cm.
