Magnificent and extremely rare French sideboard from the Art Deco period around 1920. The model is entirely made of rosewood and veneered with burr rosewood, featuring 2 doors and 1 drawer at the front (1 full-width removable internal shelf) with a stunning marble top with white and blood-red veining on a black background. The light sculptural work of typically Art Deco motifs on either side of the doors is noteworthy. The drawer handle and key are made of bronze. The piece measures 143 cm in width, 102 cm in height, and 54 cm in depth. In excellent used condition, the sideboard does have a few minor defects that do not affect the overall aesthetics (see the last 3 photos). There is a lack of wood at the top strip above the right door, as well as a bump on the right and left side edges. Finally, the marble has undergone restoration and gluing due to the appearance of a crack hidden in the veining. Of superb quality, ultra-chic, and with clean lines, this splendid sideboard will bring incredible class to your interior. Not to be missed!!!
