Chest of drawers 1950

Structure in stained and varnished oak veneer. Back in oak plywood. Legs and crossbars in stained and varnished solid wood. Drawers in stained and varnished oak veneer. Sides and back in solid beech. Handles in patinated brass. French design, circa 1950. Furniture from the post-war reconstruction period. Very good original condition. Note a small imperfection in the varnish on the top, as well as some signs of wear and small scratches around the handles. Some wormholes on the lower section, mainly the rear legs. The wormholes have been treated with a syringe and needle using xylophene. Beautiful, pure 1950s design.
