Renovated vintage modernist enfilade, 1950s-60s.

This modernist German sideboard, published by Verralux (a German brand), dates back to the 1960s and accurately embodies the functional elegance of mid-century design from Western Europe. At the intersection of Scandinavian influences and German modernism, it captivates with its clean lines and attention to detail. Its particularly successful asymmetrical façade is one of its strong points: on the left, a column of two drawers and a small lower cupboard with an internal shelf; on the right, a double cupboard closed by two solid doors with three internal shelves. This composition creates a harmonious visual rhythm while offering excellent storage capacity. The wood grain, very graphic and fine, reveals a wood veneer typical of German productions from this period. The warm, slightly golden hue is subtly highlighted by minimalist black metal handles, which provide an elegant and contemporary contrast. The base, made of straight black metal legs, reinforces this modernist aesthetic while giving the piece a beautiful visual lightness. The whole is perfectly proportioned and reflects careful craftsmanship, characteristic of the publisher Verralux.
