Old painting of a snowy landscape

Very nice painting (oil on canvas) titled "Day of Joy" depicting a lively winter village scene. The work fully embodies the style of naive art / folk art, full of charm and nostalgia, Christmas spirit... A very vibrant snowy winter landscape with many characters in colorful costumes (children playing, passersby), a wooden cart, a traditional sleigh pulled by a horse, and a church with typical steeples in the background under an evening sky. Signed "Tamara" in the bottom right. Sold with its original molded wooden frame, featuring a double mat (gold and dark brown) that superbly highlights the canvas. Very good overall condition (slight marks on the frame). Ideal for warm decoration, a mountain chalet, or for collectors of folk art and genre scenes. Height: 46cm Width: 54cm Canvas dimensions: 33X41cm. Fast and careful shipping.
