Set of wall sconces in pine, Modern Scandinavian style by Uno Dahlen for Aneta, 1970s.

A refined pair of modern Scandinavian wall sconces designed in the spirit of classic Nordic lighting. Created by Uno Dahlen for Aneta in Sweden in the 1970s, this duo highlights the era's emphasis on natural materials, functional simplicity, and warm ambient illumination. Made from solid pine wood with slightly tapered fabric shades, these sconces diffuse a soft and welcoming light that enriches the atmosphere of any room. The natural grain of the pine and the neutral textile diffusers give the fixtures a tactile and discreet presence, reminiscent of Scandinavian design masters such as Hans-Agne Jakobsson, while remaining versatile for modern, mid-century, or classic interiors. These fixtures are ideal for creating ambient lighting in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, or reading nooks. Their warm wooden tones and clean silhouettes contribute to a timeless and peaceful setting. More than just functional fixtures, these sconces are decorative elements that add warmth and texture to any interior, with a classic Scandinavian character appreciated by collectors, interior designers, and homeowners who value authentic and timeless design.
