Engraving of marine life: nineteenth century coral

Antique print showing various corals, originally drawn by mrs. Varley and engraved by j.w. Lowry, published in 1831 by baldwin and cradock. The engravings in this collection are a very detailed dark grey on cream paper. The left side edge is serrated and they are blank on the back. Most plates have freckles/tanning areas, which is normal. Paper size: 8 X 10.5 inches or 21.5 X 27.5 cm, approximately.
