Japanese vintage design office lamp

An elegant example of Japanese space age design. These lamps were manufactured by a company called Matsushita, which we know today as Panasonic. The brand of this lamp is national. This design is based on the shape of the wings of an aircraft. The base and shade are made of metal. The shade is attached to a flexible swan-neck arm, so it is fully adjustable. It is in good condition, with a few small traces of regular wear. This lamp is also available in orange and white. This lamp is from the space age period, it was manufactured in 1967, as shown on the sticker under the base. Its design will remain contemporary for decades to come. This will look great in any interior. Note: The transformer needed to operate the TL lamp is located in the base. The lamp needs 220V/50Hz to function properly. For U.S. markets (and other countries with a 110V network), an adapter is required.
