Decorated with flower baskets, garlands of roses, foliage and louis XVI style bows. Acid-etched with intercalary bubbles. Height 245 mm X 147 mm maximum. Weight 960 g. Careful and tracked shipping. For your information, gallia métal is the brand of the metal alloy patented by the goldsmith félix chéron, director of the alfénide factory since 1896. The production of these pieces was often carried out by renowned artists and designers. The model number attests to the authenticity of this piece since the model numbers ranged from approximately 4100 to 6100. This piece is therefore among the first and of course rare on the market as evidenced by the presence of the first gallia métal hallmark with the rooster less well drawn than on those produced later.
