Sputnik table lamp from the 50s-60s American

Very large and rare beautiful table lamp "sputnik" of the 50s/60s american.ç. The lamp is of very original design, with its central ball, the satellite, its arrow that evokes the rocket and space and its blackened metal base that represents the earth. The whole evokes a rocket with its satellite that takes off from the earth. The 6-light sputnik table lamp is controlled by a 4-position switch that offers the possibility of turning on the bulbs separately, 3 by 3 or all 6 at the same time (photos). The sputnik table lamp is in perfect condition, no shock, or sinking, the chromes are shiny without any trace of lack or rust spot, some tiny traces of use on the base (photos). It works perfectly with its us plug and european adapter. Dimensions: height: 78cm width 28cm with bulbs: 35cm. The lamp is heavy it has a cast iron counterweight in the wooden sphere it weighs about 4.8kg.
