Hand-painted ceramic gargoulette

For sale, a magnificent traditional gargoulette (batijo) in folk art ceramic, entirely hand-painted. Origin: Spain, from the workshop of the famous pottery of La Bisbal D'emported. (Catalonia). Hand-signed "DIAZ" under the base, corresponding to the renowned work of the ceramist Eusebi Díaz Costa (1908-1964). Vintage, from the 1950s / 1960s. Very beautiful polychrome floral patterns (shades of red, pink, green, and yellow) on a white glazed background, highlighted with geometric blue friezes. In perfect condition. No cracks, no chips, impeccable and very shiny glazing.
