Orb Eye metal table lamp Goffredo Reggiani Space Age vintage 1970s

Undisputed icon of Italian avant-garde design. This rare and precious table lamp, the famous 'Orb Eye' model attributed to Goffredo Reggiani, is an essential collector's item for enthusiasts of pure Space Age style. The minimalist and futuristic design consists of an adjustable spherical projector (eyeball) in chrome-finished metal, supported by a basic geometric 'C' shaped base in white enamelled metal. The sphere, resting freely on the circular housing, allows for the orientation of the light beam at will, combining aesthetic rigor with great functional versatility. Dimensions: total footprint: 16 X 16 X 20 h cm. Diameter of the sphere: 16 cm. Condition: very good vintage condition. The item is solid, functional, and well-preserved. It shows slight and normal signs of wear on the chrome patina and white enamel, exactly as visible in the photos.
