Folding desk lamp

Fase Madrid's ingenious office lamp is a cool change of pace from the fluid and futuristic designs of the same brand. It may be relatively simple, but it is also a good example of the eccentric brilliance of the manufacturer Fase Madrid. This lamp dates from the late 1960s or early 1970s. This model is called Mini, and its ingenious design allows it to be folded into a compact rectangular box. It is also an elegant touch of industrial design. And since it uses 2 light bulbs, it has the punch to really light up your desk or any dark corner of the room. This particular lamp is gold/bronze, with some small paint imperfections on top of the shade. See image 4. Fase Madrid lamps are rare and increasingly sought after. They appear in various Hollywood movies and television shows. And for good reason, because Fase lamps are truly timeless, some models will still look modern in 100 years. State =========================== Good vintage condition. The outside has a slight patina, while the inside of the shade is a little speckled. But not enough to warrant a repainting.
