Rectangular mirror of neo-renaissance style in carved oak

Period: ca. 1910-1930. This large rectangular mirror has a carved oak frame with renaissance-style inspired motifs. Oak has a dark and rich patina. The neo-renaissance took place in the 19th century, but there was a brief reappearance of the style between 1910 and 1930, particularly in italy; I believe the mirror dates from that period. It is currently mounted to be hung horizontally but it can be easily adjusted to be hung vertically (screw holes testify that this has been the case). The mirror was replaced at some point. Status: good. The mirror is almost perfect and has just a few tiny oxidation spots here and there. Dimensions: 73.5 cm long, 57.5 cm high, 4 cm deep, 6.7 kg.
