Louis XVI period pedestal table, in solid mahogany and veneer, and in gilded bronze. The four tapered legs are decorated with sculpted bronze ornaments, with crotch, mahogany wood top, opening with a front drawer. The top is in nicely veined marble, cream gold in color. It is surrounded by an openwork brass gallery, in the shape of an inverted heart. The fittings are in gilded bronze, French work, 18th century. High quality furniture entirely from the period, without any restoration. Height: 70cm; width: 44cm; depth: 26 cm; weight = 10 kg.
