Scandinavian lounge chair in black leather produced by Göte Möbler in Nässjö (Sweden), around the 1960s. This model rests on a curved wood structure stained mahogany with a rotating star base allowing for 360° rotation. The chair is also equipped with a reclining mechanism controlled by a side lever, allowing for adjustment and locking of the backrest position. The seat features a characteristic suspended system: the leather cushions are attached to the structure by snap buttons and rest on a second stretched fabric stapled to the wooden structure, creating a double suspension that provides flexibility and comfort. The seat height is approximately 44 cm. The leather has been cleaned without recolouring to preserve its original patina. It shows signs of use and age-related cracks, particularly visible on the left armrest where wear is more pronounced (see detail photos). The seat also shows a marked patina. The wooden structure is sound and stable. The original label "Göte Möbler Nässjö – Made in Sweden" is present under the seat. Dimensions: H 91 × W 72 × D 72 cm.
