Midgard drgm drp scissor lamp manufactured in auma, thuringia in the 1920s. The lamp was designed by curt fischer, one of the greatest innovators of the bauhaus movement. It is an excellent example of innovative solutions concerning the system of light source position regulation. Made of the highest quality materials with great attention to detail, the offered model is a timeless icon of lighting. The lamp is preserved in original condition and bears visible signs of its age. The paint of the arm has a slight patina and a few small chips. The enamel reflector has a few chips on the edge. The lamp has undergone professional maintenance and received new wiring. Black cotton braided cable was used. The lamp is operated with a rotary switch. The lamp arm shows clear company signatures and markings of the german manufacturer. Dimensions: shade diameter: 18 cm.
