Louis XV provincial buffet – Fruitwood – 18th century

Buffet with two doors and two drawers, Louis XV period, of French provincial origin, 18th century. Body made of solid fruitwood with a honey-golden patina from use. Two central doors with curved panels, moulded in a gendarme hat style. Two side drawers fitted with blackened forged metal ring handles. Lower apron cut in a protruding arbalete shape, characteristic of the provincial rocaille style. Four cabriole legs. Interior equipped with two shelves made of raw solid wood. The whole piece shows authentic wear: wormholes, scratches, signs of moisture on the top, and a patina of intense use. Original condition, no interventions reported. Cleaning required.
