Vintage modular Palaset Palanox storage cabinet from Treston Oy

A 1970s vintage Palaset Palanox storage cabinet designed by Ristomatti Ratia. A versatile vintage storage cabinet that is not only practical but stylish and timeless, with a minimalist look that you can organize yourself. A flexible storage solution for storing everything from books and LPs to wine bottles. Designed by Ristomatti Ratia, the son of the founder of Marimekko, for Treston Oy in Finland in 1972. This system or cabinet consists of 12 separate modules in black and white (4 black and 8 white), which you can stack or rearrange to your liking. From open compartments to cupboards and drawers. Each module or block is also connected by a small locking piece, preventing them from easily sliding apart. The cabinet is otherwise in good condition, but has visible signs of use, age-related discoloration and stains, and is missing one door.
