Pair of side tables palm wood and brass Romeo Paris 1970

Very nice pair of side tables or pieces of sofas in palm wood and brass published by the house romeo paris in the 70s. The lines are superb, and typical of neoclassical french chic, reminiscent of the art deco drawings of jacques adnet and jacques lenoble. The tables are made of oak wood veneered with varnished dark palm wood, with a brass mesh running all over the lower part and the legs. They have been cleaned, revarnished, and are in a superb state of conservation. Very nice quality of manufacture and finish, very heavy.
