Neo-Gothic style oak office armchair

Neo-gothic style oak office armchair, back with windows and coat of arms decorated with a unicorn and a bear topped with a ducal crown, ornamentation with stars and a golden scallop shell, it bears the inscription in latin "miserere mei dominates" which translates into french "have mercy on me lord" the legs end with bear feet and the armrests with bear heads. Black oilcloth seat, trim to be redone. 19th century period.
