Oil on canvas vase with dalhias framed

The painting is in perfect condition. The frame has some traces of use. The canvas is fixed in the leaf of the frame by four folded nails, at the back, as was the case most of the time, when the canvases were framed. The painting is signed by maurice richard, active in the 20th century, and specialist in still lifes and bouquets. The bill is beautiful, the light well controlled. The treatment is quite realistic. There is a nice sweetness out of the whole. The setting is quite typical of the 40s and 50s, in "yoghurt" grey, with a small marue-louise fresh butter color. There are two pitons at the back of the frame, on the vertical mouldings on each side, for hanging, which allows a string to slide. I left the old string, which can be replaced without problem, if it was not suitable.
