Vintage armchair in straw and brutalist wood

Art deco 1950. Superb armchair in straw and solid wood carved in a brutalist spirit and in the taste of francis jourdain. Beautiful backrest and mulched seat. Base and uprights of the armrests in turned wood. Dark shade: weathered waxed oak. The seat is removable. Inscription vo below at the back. This armchair will easily find its place in any type of design interior or country spirit. State of use in accordance with its age. Superb effect and beautiful patina. Many small accidents of mulching (grated straw) on the whole object here and more particularly on the seat without affecting either the solidity or aesthetics. Take a good look at the photos.
