HAY chair nobody

The design of nobody evokes a sheet that has been placed on a chair and has retained its shape. With the chair gone, the sheet becomes the supporting structure. Hence the name "nobody", or "no body" literally "no body" in french. Nobody is entirely made from a mixture of felt and pet plastic molded and shaped in a single block. Pet plastic is a material made from returnable bottles and is therefore 100% recycled. The manufacturing process does not require any additives such as glue, plastic, frames, screws or reinforcements. Extremely light and stackable (in fours), it perfectly meets the demands of contemporary life! We owe this unique and original creation to the two designers of komplot design, boris berlin and poul christiansen, whose desire was to design a chair with a blurred and illusory shape that would overturn the codes of modernism without compromising its dominant ideas, namely simplicity, contemporaneity and functionality.
