Lithography engraving vintage fish - 1850

Beautiful colorful engraving dating from about 1850. Small format but the fish is full page. Original extremely well preserved. The beautiful illustrated subjects of these period editions are becoming rare now. Chic in the finesse of typography and engraving strokes. The colors are original, black engraving enhanced in hand colors at the time. We must keep in mind that this document has gone through at least 170 years; it is still intact! In very good condition. Very elegant once framed. 17 X 10.5 cm.
