Space Age Sputnik chandelier with 6 lights, 50s-60s

Very beautiful italian chandelier with 6 lights around 1960. Model called "sputnik" completely in the spirit of space age of this period, inspired by the conquest of space and the first satellites. Structure entirely in brass and chromed metal composed of a central ball (diameter of 8 cm) from which the suspension rod and its conical ceiling light (diameter 8.5 cm and height 5.5 cm) as well as the 6 arms (length 15 cm) supporting the 6 tulips, rare by their mushroom shape rather than the eternal spherical, in white sandblasted glass (diameter 16 cm and height 10 cm). Total height of the light fixture 75 cm and 60 cm in diameter. Obviously in perfect condition and sold with its bulbs, this chandelier will bring an ultra design and quality touch to your interior, in a large hall or above a central island.
