Description: This original vintage studio pottery light base was produced in the 1960s by piet knepper for mobach in utrecht, netherlands. It is made of solid ceramic and very very heavy with a sand tone, rock coloration surface. The bottom is marked with mobach producer signature. A very collectible and very rare item of the mobach collection. The light has one brass socket for e27 bulbs. Straightforward and minimalistic design of the 1960s design era.
