A luminous coffee table with two levels by Belgochrom, the Belgian house that defined the golden age of glamour in the 1970s. Four faceted legs, sharply cut like crystals at their tops, rise in 23-carat gold-plated metal to support a floating slab of thick clear glass with bevelled edges. Below, a fine gold frame suspends a bronze smoked glass shelf, doubling the play of reflections. Pure Space Age opulence: light passes through, gold captures it, and geometry transforms the table into a sculptural object — somewhere between jewellery and architecture. The original Belgochrom label under the table guarantees the pure 23-carat gold plating ("Gewaarborgd verguld 23 KT – Garanti or pur fin 23 ct"). Condition In vintage condition with visible signs of age. The gold plating has developed a patina, with spots, slight scratches, and some areas of wear on the legs and frame. The clear glass top has a small chip on one corner and a small mark on another, with light surface scratches; there are traces of old adhesive where the glass rests on the legs.
