Pair of blue Fô dogs - glazed ceramic - Chinese blue - Mid 20th century

Elegant pair of Foo dogs, male and female, traditional protective figures. Ceramic work with a shiny turquoise glaze, featuring expressive and decorative modelling. Beautiful presence and strong personality. Produced in the mid-20th century, probably of Asian origin or in the style of Chinese export productions. In very good overall condition, some signs of wear related to age may be present. (see photos).
