Yumi de shigeru ban lamp for Fontana Arte

Yumi means arc in Japanese, an elementary form now reinterpreted by Shigeru Ban for Fontana Arte. An absolute synthesis destined to become a new universal classic. Yumi is both strength and delicacy: a pure design meets a strong and lightweight structure in composite material covered with carbon fiber with a brushed surface in a glossy finish. 170 LEDs are integrated into the lamppost's structure: a light source that guarantees minimal footprint and enhances the continuity of the design. The cables are fully integrated into the structure, they are made of a special material resistant to high temperatures during the manufacturing process. Yumi emits a warm, downward-concentrated light, ideal for creating an intimate atmosphere. It provides character to different interiors thanks to its personality that is both subtle and identifiable.
