Series of 4 Baumann sled chairs from the 60s/70s

Magnificent series of 4 scandinavian style chairs around 1970. Model called "sled" by the swiss designer emile baumann. Structure in beech, as for all these chairs, here stained, and back of different wood species, here a model in flamed rosewood, glued laminated and thermoformed. Seats completely redone by an upholsterer specially for their sale and covered with a natural ecru mottled fabric. Height at backrest level 80 cm, seat 44 cm, width 48 cm, depth 48 cm. In perfect condition (we just note a micro splinter of wood at the lower edge of the back of one of the chairs, almost invisible, see photo) and ultra qualitative, this series of 4 legendary and sought-after chairs with a superb patina will bring great class and a lot of chic to your dining area.
