Superb Napoleon III mercury mirror – 115 cm – original gilding – X

Elegant Napoleon III mirror from the second half of the 19th century (circa 1860–1880). Model with a sculpted pediment featuring a central urn surrounded by acanthus foliage. Framed in blackened wood (ebonised) with a finely gilded inner frieze, showcasing delicate and detailed craftsmanship. The glass is original mercury glass, providing the depth and warmth of reflection characteristic of antique mirrors. Dimensions: 115 X 71.5 cm.
