Square inkwell in earthenware signed CLAIRE LIEUTARD 1889 decoration XIX floral insects

Inkwell with square section with button socket, and 4 holes stitch feathers on its cubic base. Polychrome décor on a white background of flowers and flying insects, borders with blue and purple comb. Signature of the artist claire lieutard 1889, this type of decoration is to be determined (nevers or angoulême?). I note the presence of small splinters on either side of the lid and base, but no cracks found.
