Nineteenth walnut directoire buffet

Buffet / bahut high directoire, early nineteenth (1820), in solid walnut. It opens through 2 doors in the upper part and 1 drawer in the lower part...the interior is lined with a shelf. The lock does not have its original key, the present key serves as a handle. The furniture does not lock. A shine on the side of the corner of the top tray (see photo). Traces of tendril holes, more pronounced on the back of the furniture. The front feet are also damaged but not visible because the parts concerned are located under the drawer. Traces, stripes, nuanced patina. A lot of allure and the undeniable cachet of a period piece of furniture.
