Old cast iron and brass andirons

19th century andirons in black cast iron decorated with a brass ball mounted on a column. The foot of the column is decorated with a frieze and fluting suitable for a city fireplace; height 18 cm, depth: 33 cm the cast iron has a width of 9 cm at the front and 6 cm at the back. It is neither cracked nor chipped. The brass balls have a diameter of 53 mm, they are not deformed. The brass bases on which they are placed have a diameter of 57 mm. One of them received a shock. This small defect explains the price.
