Industrial Adjustable Metal and Glass French Wall Light

A scarce industrial antique wall light. Adjustable in many ways so highly functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. Likely nickel plated brass, and original etched glass shade has been retained. France, c1930s. Apparently by vice versa although there is little documented evidence of the company that we can find. We have only had one of these lamps before and it was lacking the shade.
