Splendid pair of spherical vases in glazed ceramic produced by the famous West German manufacturer Bay Keramik in the 1960s. Their perfectly spherical shape and contrasting colours — deep black and vibrant orange-red band — make them two emblematic pieces of German Mid-Century Modern design. Both carry their original labels as well as their respective stamps: 690-12 and 690-18. Ideal for a vintage interior, they add a graphic and warm touch to a console, shelf, or coffee table. These vases are in very good condition, with no cracks or chips, and show only minimal signs of wear, visible only up close. Dimensions: Large vase: H16 × Ø25 cm – opening: 8.5 cm. Small vase: H12 × Ø17 cm – opening: 6 cm. Total weight: 2.678 kg.
