Space age Milo Baughman coffee table

Mid-20th century modern design coffee table. Original design by milo baghman, chromed metal tubular structure and glass tops. Divided into three offset rotating circles, it offers great versatility and plays with space, allowing it to be enlarged up to 40 cm. Milo baughman (1993-2003) was a renowned american furniture designer and interior decorator who began his prolific career in the 1940s. From a young age, he demonstrated his vocation for interior design, starting by designing the family home where he spent his adolescence at the age of thirteen. He is considered one of the precursors and greatest exponents of the california modern style. This stylistic movement born in the 1960s was based on a sophisticated aesthetic, combining functionality and lightness. This coffee table perfectly illustrates this very modern thinking.
