Unsigned Peter and Olga Orlando ceramic

Undeniable charm for this unsigned ceramic but which, most certainly, given its interesting characteristics, could correspond to a piece by Peter and Denise Orlando: An original shape with an integrated handle, which is typical of 20th century ceramists exploring functional and artistic designs, Colorful and cloisonné glazes, the use of bright colors such as yellow, green and black on a light background that recalls some of their works. An abstract style: the arrangement of the shapes seems inspired by a stylized face, which corresponds to the artistic work influenced by modern art of these American ceramists of the second half of the 20th century in the south of France. This piece in very good condition, despite a magnificent glaze, has an irregular enamel pattern (the smallest yellow) which could explain that it is indeed a piece by Peter and Olga Orlando but that they did not sign. Diameter 26 cms approximately.
