Coffee table by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen, 1950

This both stunning and simple adjustable coffee table was designed in 1956 by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard-Nielsen for France & Daverkosen, 1950. It is a perfect example of danish modern design. In full, it was made of solid teak wood and brass hardware. It has a foldable side leaves. After extend the total length is 183 cm. This piece is a tough and beautiful designed table from mid-century modern era. Very good vintage condition with minor traces of age, natural patina. Some screws have been changed.
