Bronze lamp and petticoats

This lamp combines an old bronze candlepecker with a large skirted lampshade whose stripes blend perfectly with the patinated gilding of the foot. The candlepecker has a small hole in the barrel but the whole is in good condition. The lampshade shows some rust stains inside at the points of attachment with the carcass, invisible on the outside, but also discreet halos on each fold flush with the stripe (see photo). The electrical system is completely new. The whole, very elegant, will fit as well into a modern as classic decoration.
