Cozy, comfy and completely on trend! This Artifort design sofa, type Bird, is a design by Michiel Van Der Kley from the 1990s. Its rounded shapes and beautiful brushed aluminium base make this design a real eye-catcher. We found this sofa with its first owner in a hard blue fabric and in very poor condition. T Ogether with our best upholsterers, we chose to give this Dutch design classic a new lease of life. We did this by applying a new heavy bouclé upholstery fabric in grey with a very special yellow undertone, which gives a unique effect. The sofa is full of details that only become apparent upon closer inspection, with the choice of fabric being a fine example. The sofa is now completely 'on trend' again and, thanks to its strong design and new look, fits perfectly within a wide range of modern interior styles such as Modern, Japandi, Wabi-Sabi, BoHo, and Mid Century modern.
