Extendable monastery table

Large monastery table late nineteenth / early twentieth century carved oak, stripped by me: hours of meticulous work with professional tools and a lot of patience because the layers of varnish was particularly welded since the 3 generations of family... Very thick and very black... But the result to find the original wood of beautiful blond and matte color, I passed a colorless and robust product to protect it, this table has generous dimensions: long 150 X prof 100 X h 76 cm with 2 extensions of 59 cm each to allow a long table of 270 cm, its pedestal base is sublime by its sculpture: acanthus leaves and flowers on the corners, a table that will be a landmark and to update your decoration that will never go out of style. Traces of time on its wood, very solid while exposing some cracks, blows, and scratches which gives it all its character.
