Set of 2 Sointu vases by Tapio Wirkkala for IITALA. Wirkkala (1915-1985) is one of the icons of Finnish design, and this Sointu model was produced between 1972 and 1992. Handcrafted glass. Perfect condition, impeccable and as good as new. The large one measures 22cm in height, 16.5cm in diameter, and 9cm in width, weighing 2.57kg, rare in this size. The small one measures 18cm by 14cm and 9cm, weighing 1.77kg. Careful shipping with insurance possible.
