Antique chest of drawers

Lovely chest of drawers from the 50s unearthed in a small Champagne village, near Épernay. We cleaned it, disinfected it, stripped it, treated it, painted it in greige and finally protected it with a water-based varnish. We particularly like its pretty drawer knobs, original, placed in a star shape. There are still some traces of time on the top (see close-up photo) and the drawers can sometimes be a little capricious (but they slide of course): the charm of vintage and the guarantee of an authentic item. Dimensions: height 86cm, width 87cm, depth 45cm, height of the feet 8cm. Internal dimensions of the drawers: height 13cm, width 70cm, depth 37cm.
