Convertible club chair

This is a large convertible club chair from the 40s/60s. Seat height = 42 cm. Seat and bed width = 70 cm. All the elements are original except the futon which was added to prevent the seat from deforming. The metal bed base is complete. The mattress covers (back and inside) are tired. The armchair is covered in very thick skai (or a material corresponding to the period), in good condition except for 2 marks on the back corresponding to decorative buttons.
