Magnificent antique Empire-style ceiling light made of solid bronze and cut crystal in diamond points, manufactured in France in the 1930s for the high decoration or export market (with its marking present). Its solid bronze structure and crystal dome are period pieces. The old fabric electrical wires, which had become worn, have been completely replaced with modern insulated conductors. Requires 3 small screw-type E14 bulbs. The patina of the bronze is nuanced. There is a small chip at the central opening, completely invisible when the tightening ring is in place.
