Villeroy & boch mettlach fine earthenware cake dish from the 1950s. Creamy white paste, golden fillet, decoration of small golden starry flowers. Gently chamfered border. Stamp (green stamp) "villeroy & boch / mettlach / made in france-saar economic union" and (gold frame) "7101". In excellent condition: no accidents, almost intact gilding -- this dish has almost never been used. A beautiful vintage piece in exceptional condition. Diam 26 cm (28.5 cm with ears).
