Napoleon III lamp in bronze and pressed glass tulip

Beautiful neoclassical Empire table lamp from the late 19th century in good condition and with rewired wiring. The fluted column base is made of patinated gilt bronze, resting on a square base decorated with acanthus leaves and holding a pressed glass tulip with floral decoration. There is a small, barely visible crack in the glass (see photo). Heavy, high-quality, and very decorative lamp, ideal for a desk, table, or chest of drawers. B22 bayonet bulb. Height: 42 cm.
