Magnificent Art Deco Longwy earthenware plates in ironstone with "flower baskets" motifs slightly in relief. A touch of vintage elegance for your interior with this superb antique Longwy earthenware plate. Art Deco model (1920s-1930s) Ironstone, fine and resistant earthenware. Stylized floral decoration in relief: cobalt blue and orange flower baskets, geometric frieze typical of the period, all on an ivory background. Light relief to the touch, subtle and refined. Longwy stamp on the back, crown and coat of arms. This rare model perfectly embodies the geometric and colorful aesthetic of Art Deco, with great finesse of details. Good condition, slight wear of time on the edges with some chips. Still very shiny. Diameter 23 cms. I also have in my shop a round dish of the same model as well as the soup tureen.
